• Membership Terms & Conditions

    1. About NXT LVL Business Club

    NXT LVL Business Club is a coach-led business and personal development community designed to support clarity, confidence, and meaningful progress for business owners and leaders.

    Membership includes structured sessions, facilitated discussion, coaching frameworks, and community learning.

    2. Founder-Led Authority

    NXT LVL Business Club is owned and led by NXT LVL BUSINESS LTD.

    All decisions relating to:

    • Membership acceptance
    • Membership LVL placement
    • Policy interpretation and enforcement
    • Probation, suspension, or termination

    are made solely by NXT LVL BUSINESS LTD in line with the Club’s values.

    3. Attendance & Participation

    Members are expected to:

    • Arrive on time and remain for the full duration of sessions
    • Engage respectfully and constructively
    • Contribute positively to the learning environment

    Temporary leaves of absence may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of NXT LVL BUSINESS LTD.

    4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

    Membership fees are determined by LVL and length of commitment and are exclusive of VAT.

    1 Year Memberships

    • LVL 1: £1,500 + VAT
    • LVL 2: £2,300 + VAT
    • LVL 3: £3,000 + VAT

    2 Year Memberships

    • LVL 1: £2,700 + VAT
    • LVL 2: £4,140 + VAT
    • LVL 3: £5,400 + VAT

    3 Year Memberships

    • LVL 1: £3,825 + VAT
    • LVL 2: £5,865 + VAT
    • LVL 3: £7,650 + VAT

    Payment Terms

    • Membership fees are payable in advance
    • Membership fees are non-refundable once membership has commenced

    Where a split payment plan is approved:

    • One third of the total fee is payable upfront
    • The remaining balance is payable in two equal instalments at 4 months and 8 months
    • Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspended access or termination

    VAT

    All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the prevailing rate in accordance with UK law.

    Price Changes

    Pricing is reviewed periodically.

    The price agreed at the point of acceptance will apply for the full duration of the member’s term.

    5. Renewals & Term

    Membership terms typically run for 12 months unless otherwise stated.

    Renewal is subject to continued alignment with the Club’s values and standards.

    6. Nature of Coaching & Advice

    • Coaching and discussion are provided for developmental purposes only
    • No advice should be considered legal, financial, or professional advice
    • Members remain fully responsible for their own decisions and outcomes

    7. Confidentiality & Data Use

    Members must:

    • Treat shared discussions as confidential
    • Not share other members’ information without consent
    • Not use member contact details for unsolicited marketing or sales

    8. Intellectual Property

    All materials, frameworks, and content remain the property of NXT LVL BUSINESS LTD and may not be recorded, shared, or reproduced without permission.

    9. Termination

    NXT LVL BUSINESS LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where:

    • These Terms are breached
    • The Code of Conduct is breached
    • Behaviour negatively impacts the community

    No refunds will be issued in cases of termination due to misconduct.

    10. Liability

    NXT LVL BUSINESS LTD is not responsible for:

    • Transactions between members
    • Outcomes of collaborations or introductions

    Any liability is limited to the most recent membership fee paid.

    11. Agreement

    By joining NXT LVL Business Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
